Lisa Telles is Chief Communications Officer for the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), a government agency responsible for The Toll Roads in Orange County, CA -- the largest toll road network in California. She has worked for TCA since 1988 and served as acting CEO from September 2012 – June 2013.

She is responsible for the overseeing strategic communications programs that promote and educate the general public, government officials, the media, and customers about the benefits of the 51-mile toll road system and the Agencies’ mission and initiatives to improve mobility in the Southern California region.

Lisa earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton and is a graduate of the International Bridge Turnpike and Tunnel Association (IBTTA) Leadership Academy.

She is a member of the Orange County chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the Orange County Public Affairs Association (OCPAA), the America Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and is on the IBTTA National Interoperability Marketing Subcommittee. She is also on the governing board for the Assistance League of Tustin Winifred Campbell Auxiliary and the Orange County Forum.

Lisa lives in North Tustin, CA with her husband, Mark, and they have one daughter who is a junior at Gonzaga University.
