Amy Potter is the Chief Financial Officer for the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), which designed, built and manages California’s largest network of toll roads – State Routes 73, 133, 241 and 261 in Orange County – the first modern-day toll roads in the state. As CFO, Ms. Potter oversaw the $2.3 billion Foothill/Eastern TCA debt restructuring in 2013 – the year’s largest stand-alone toll revenue backed bond transaction in the U.S – and the $1.4 billion San Joaquin Hills TCA debt restructuring in 2014. In addition, under Ms. Potter’s watch the TCAs successfully implemented an all-electronic tolling system in 2014.

Ms. Potter joined TCA in 2004 and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 27 years of experience in the public and private sector in audit, taxation, business process improvement and strategic planning.
